Prince George City Council  has a relatively  light agenda tonight.

It will look at final reading of some bylaws,  approve membership to some Committees and  vote on  memberships for some others.

The most  difficult matter of the evening will be a report from the City Clerk on  the next step to be taken in a matter involving what the City claims is  the illegal construction of a single family dwelling.

That house construction is an interesting case from the looks of it. Seems the builder is not a qualified builder under BC Legislation. Seeing the name of the designer involved, and haveing seen a few of the houses he has desinged in the community, the building will likely be around for a few more decades than the average home in PG.

The other interesting one is the after-the-fact legitimizing of the "temporary" log sort yard which has sprouted up at the intersection of the old cariboo hwy and the yellowhead, adjacent to the race track.
