Prince George - RCMP are requesting assistance in locating a male exposing himself.

The Prince George RCMP have received four complaints with a disturbing common theme.

In three of the reports, an adult male approaches one or two females in a pick-up truck and exposes his penis after opening the driver side door. In the fourth file, the male does not expose himself, but approached the victim. The victims, who range in age from 10 to 18 years old, all fled the locations with no further incident.
The description of the male is similar in every investigation. A Caucasian male with short brown hair and a long brown goatee. In each case the male was wearing blue jeans, but different coloured shirts.

The four incidents occurred between noon and 6:00 PM along the 2500 block of Victoria
Street, on 8th Avenue near Winnipeg Street, the 2600 block of Pine Street and Johnson Street near 12th Avenue.

The vehicle has been described as a dark coloured pick-up truck, possibly black, blue or burgundy.

The pick-up may be an extended cab or 4 door.

"We realize that these descriptions are vague, but the safety of the public is of overriding importance in this investigation, therefore we felt in necessary to notify the public no matter how vague the description" - Corporal Craig Douglass, Prince George Detachment Media Liaison Officer says.

The Prince George RCMP would like to remind the public, in particular parents and young females, to take extra precautions when walking on residential streets. Whenever possible, never walk alone, take well traveled routes with lots of traffic and be aware of your surroundings, including where you can run for help.
"The Prince George RCMP are treating this investigation seriously and will use all available resources to locate, identify and arrest the person responsible for these disgusting acts" says Corporal Craig Douglass, Prince George Detachment Media Liaison Officer.

Headline could have read, "Flasher exposes Johnson on Johnson".
Made my night harbinger! Too funny!
Trust Harby to come up with that one :0
Good one for sure Harbinger. Somehow, I find this "crime" a misdomeanor and not serious at all. There's a big diff between showing your dick and murdering someone between here an Rupert. "The Prince George RCMP are treating this investigation seriously". Wreck beach is full of kids of every age and everyone (mostly) is naked. Is that serious?? Oh those poor kids being subjected to a naked human body. The RCMP never considered the drunks downtown pissing against the wall too serious.
A little chilly for that isn't it? You wouldn't get the full exposure.
There`s definately something with this guy. I hope they catch him. Even if it`s with the car door. Maybe he knows there is something wrong and was looking for a second opinion?
I have to say that Im a little surprised at the cavalier attitude towards this being shown here....you did read that the youngest person flashed was a 10 year old girl, right? And the comparison to wreck beach is a little off too....anyone going there knows full well what they are going to see. Im no puritan, and will laugh with the next guy at the streaker on a football field, but an adult pulling up to a lone ten year old girl and exposing himself is not the same thing. When he's bored of just flashing and moves on to more serious interactions, will the jokes still fly?
I agree with you raja the oes that the person is sick and needs to be caught before any escalation happens.I had a smart ass comment of my own,but it is inappropriate for the situation.
What a bunch of losers. Except for Raja. What will his next trick be. Are any of you thinking of that?
