Prince George, B.C. - The UNBC Men Timberwolves are out of the CCAA Men's Basketball National Championships...
Last year's champs were playing in the bronze semi-final this morning, but were hammered 84-49 by Mount Saint Vincent University of Halifax.
MSVU took a commanding lead over UNBC in the first quarter, scoring 24-points to the Timberwolves seven. UNBC netted just 20-points in the second quarter. The Mystics' dominating offence and decisive defence led the team to control the entire game.
UNBC ended the tournament with a victory and two losses.
