Prince George, B.C.- There was good news for Diane Nakamura on Sunday.

Last week, Opinion 250 ran a story about Diane recently re-connecting with her extended family in Japan.  Since the earthquake and tsunami, she had lost contact.  (click here for previous story)

While praying for the best, she feared the worst for her grandmother, an aunt and two cousins who lived in Sendai, the community hit hardest by the devastating tsunami.

Sunday, she got a phone call.  Her relatives are alive, well and accounted for. She says she was able to speak to them Sunday night and is very grateful to all who offered their support during the days since the quake. “I can finally sleep” says Nakamura.

Good night Diane
I'm sure this is a great relief for her. Glad to see luck shine down on her relatives. Despite the events in japan I am totally in awe of how stoic and strong they are. If the same thing happened here or in the states people would be rioting. Over there, they are in shock but doing what they have to do with pride and order.
yep, your so correct.
glad that all her love ones safe in gods graces he dont want you to be stress like this worrying about your family in japan.. instead be strong enough to overcome this predicament situation.., all you need now is thanks to the Lord as he gives another chance to the people he love.. in faith and prayer he listen to you. cheer up diane
