So after careful research and investigation we, the taxpayers of P.G. invested our hard earned dollars into two trips for two to Cuba, and we still have potholes.
Ah yes our mayor! Whats more important? Face time with the press or working towards your so called "reeling in of city spending"?? I think we know what your answer would be.
typical posters turn something good into a bash-Dan session

"invested our hard earned dollars into two trips for two to Cuba, and we still have potholes"

I don't think the city paid a cent for these trips. They were done with proceeds from the previous tournament, community sponsorship and fundraising efforts.
World Baseball Challenge is a non-profit society with no regular operational funding from the city.
YES MUCKERMIKE...YOU IDIOT. THE PG TAXPAYERS PAID NOTHING
its *Don* Gowan...not dan
I definately will come up from down south to check it out.
