Series Tied! Cougars Take Game Two

The Cougars shut out the Giants tonight 2-zip so that means the Cougars are heading home with the playoff series with the Vancouver Giants tied 1-1.

Kalvin Sagert scored the first goal at 9:59 of the first period. The assist went to Walker and Hunter.

Then Eric Hunter scored the second goal in the third period at 14:18 with Cody McMullin and Kalvin Sagert getting the assist.

Scotty Bowles was named the #1 player of the game as he got the shut out, stopping 39 shots from the Giants.

The series now comes home to CN Centre with game three set for Tuesday night, game time is 7:30 .

Like the first two, it will be televised on Shaw.
