Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree O.K. for UNBC

Starting this fall, UNBC will offer a new Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree.   It will have three majors, 
Biomedical Studies, Environmental Health, and Aboriginal and Rural Health.

The  studies are designed to  provide students  with abroad understating of issyues while getting thdmready for  further studies in other areas such as medicine,  occupational and enviornmental health, and speech pathology.

It will include programs never before offered at UNBC, including anatomy,  and physiology.

Even before it was officially approved,  UNBC says it has already received more than 20 applications for the program.
