CN Supervisors are investigating  a derailment  at the Terrace train yard.

CN Spokesman, Graham Dallas says earllier today, 9 empty cars, (flat decks and box cars), tipped off the track at the east end of the yard.  No one hurt.

Some of the cars ended up on their side, but since all were empty, there are no spill or environnmental concerns.

"We are calling this a minor incident" says Dallas, who  says  the cause of the derailment is not yet known.

tipped off the track with empty cars and thus a low centre of gravity with wide tracks?

sounds like an earthquake .... did any buildings collapse???

;-)
I see, as long as no one got hurt and there were no spills, at least not that they admit too, all is fine and dandy, no need for concern. Well CN with all the derailsment you have been having I think you should be shut down until you can pass muster on your trains and the rails. You are scaring the crap out of me....wondering when the big one will happen ahd where? Any other business would have been shut down long long ago. As for the reason it happened, hmmmmmmmmm, and minor????????
I guess they weren't going fast enough for the laws of gravity. LOL
