May Weather Warmer and Drier than Norm

O.K, so Prince George had some snow on the 1st of the month, and there were some flakes mixed in with the rain again on the 8th, but overall, Environment Canada's Jim Steele says May was a little warmer and drier than the norm.
There was one record set, on the 16th when the temperature hit 29.4 busting the old record high of 25.6 which ws set back in 1956

Of all the precipitation in the month of May, hearly half the monthly total, fell in just two days, the 23rd and 24th when the area was hit with thunderstorms
Environment Canada's Jim Steele says, in short, "The Prince George record books with show a warmer than normal month for temperatures along with below normal amounts of precipitation. Not a bad start to the summer season. SUMMARY
