Heritage Highway Reopens

Motorists can again travel the Heritage Highway (Highway 52 North) from Tumbler Ridge north to Aras (Junction with Highway 97). The highway has been reopened as fire behaviour and smoke from the Hourglass Lake Fire are greatly reduced.

The RCMP is asking motorists not to stop and view fire activity because of the narrow highway and heavy truck traffic in the area.
