This week marks the start of the new short haul "Northern Health Connections" service that will  link east-west patients,  as well as north and south patients with  Prince George.

This is the low cost  travel service that will give patients improved access to specialists and special services only available in larger communities.

The routes being launched this week and next, will offer same day service using the 20 passenger wheelchair accessible mini-bus.

The fare is $20 dollars, and all trips must be booked in advance.  The number to call is:1-888-647-4997
