Hmm? 8 AM? Early for a crook. Took off on a bike? Kyoto supporter o doubt. Or else was rushing down to make a payment on his Honda on First Ave. If he gets away, easy pocket change, and all the while , the police are lookin' fer him , just so they can give him something to eat and a nice warm bed , until he sees the judge, then he is out, back on his Kyoto friendly bike, blah, blah, blah. Rinse, repeat.
