Gas prices are dropping so fast, its getting hard to keep up!

This is the Petro Can at Highway 97 and Austin Road in the Hart.  Just down the Highway,  at Birchwood, the Turbo is offering regular at the same price.

Further south on Highway 97, the price is 107.9, while at the Esso at 5th and the Bypass gas is 108.9

The usual trend setter, Petro Can at 5th and Carney is offering one litre of regular for 107.9, while across the street at the Shell station,  the same litre will cost you 105.9

Gas is 104.9 in Quesnel today.
It keeps getting better everyday. unfortunately by the time it get close to where it should be, it will probably go back up again. Enjoy it while you can.
Gas is 99.9 in Kamloops
Mid 70's in Ontario.
I can't believe that we're raving about these prices ??? Why do we even bother worrying about it anymore ?
Rest assured it is not because the swaying of the price up and down constantly is going to make anybody filling their gas tank feel rich!
It simply lessens the feelings a bit that with the price lowering they are not being "taken to the cleaners."
It seems we constantly keep getting hit in the pocketbook?
What else is going down in price that we require daily?
Just feels good to feel good!
I think it was 10 years ago in 1996 when there were gas wars in the Fraser Valley... I could buy gas at $0.30 / litre in Aldergrove... I didn't feel any richer.
Boooorrrring.....................
As of this morning, Sept 07...the price of a barrel of crude is the same as it was in April 2006.
The price of a liter of gas is the same as it was at the pumps then...
And yes we are still paying more than the national or provincial average.
I have no provable reason for that but have my ideas....
I am not happy about it so my gas company credit card is gathering dust and will until they smarten up...
105.9 a litre! It's almost free! Give me a break... PG is still near the top of the list for the national average while those in 'The Golden Triangle' enjoy the best prices. They charge that much because they can. Where else are you gonna go?
