Search Continues for Car Fire Starters

Just before 11:00  Sunday night, Prince George  RCMP  and fire crews were called to the rear parking lot at the Pine Centre Mall.  There was a red 4 door vehicle that was ablaze, crews were able to put out the flames.  

Police discovered a second vehicle, a stolen white 3 ton cube van, had been the subject of arson attempts but the fire failed to catch.  A third vehicle, a Chevrolet cavalier had been vandalized as every window had been smashed.

Fire crews reported seeing some males running from the area towards Highway 97 south, but police wee not able to locate the young men.   The investigation continues.
