Trio of Cats Chosen for Team WHL

Three Prince George Cougars have been selected to represent Team WHL in the 2006 ADT Canada Russia Challenge,November 29th and 30th in Chilliwack and Kamloops respectively.
Forwards Nick Drazenovic and Devin Setoguchi, along with defenseman Ty Wishart will take part in the Challenge.
Willie Desjardins (Medicine Hat Tigers) will lead Team WHL as Head Coach. Don Hay (Vancouver Giants) and Curtis Hunt (Regina Pats) will serve as Assistant Coaches.
The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies will host the first game of the ADT Canada Russia Challenge on November 20. The second game will be hosted by the Val d’Or Foreurs on November 21. The Sarnia Sting will host the first OHL-based game on November 23 followed by the Oshawa Generals on November 27.
The series will conclude in the WHL with the Chilliwack Bruins hosting game 5 on November 29 and the Kamloops Blazers hosting the finale on November 30.
All six games will be broadcast nationally on Rogers Sportsnet.

Game 1 – Monday November 20 at Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec
Game 2 – Tuesday November 21 at Val d’Or, Quebec
Game 3 – Thursday November 23 at Sarnia, Ontario
Game 4 – Monday November 27 at Oshawa, Ontario
Game 5 – Wednesday November 29 at Chilliwack, British Columbia
Game 6 – Thursday November 30 at Kamloops, British Columbia
