Opinion250 has learned two people, in executive positions  with CN Centre, are no longer in those positions.

City Manager George Paul says he is not in a position to comment about the "changes".  The details  are expected to be released  shortly.

It is interesting to note these changes come two days after a  problem with the ice  at CN Centre Saturday night.  The game between the Prince George Cougars and the Everett Silvertips was delayed for more than an hour between the 2nd and third periods, and eventually was called off.  The balance of that game  has been rescheduled to February 27th.

In a release issued late this afternoon, the Cougars organization advised the February 27th session will  see the third period of the delayed game played, there will be an intermission, and  then the game scheduled for that night will get underway.

The City's Manager of Leisure Services, Tom Madden,  and the Cougars' front office  met  earlier today, both sides are pleased with the session.  The City has issued an apology to the Cougars, Everett Silvertips, Western Hockey League, and the Cougar fans.  The City is now waiting for a proposal from the Cougars on how to best compensate the fans who were at the Saturday game.

Further details will be released as they become available
