Prince George Cougars shaded the visiting Kelowna Rockets 3-2 to give Drew Schoneck a victory in his head coaching debut with the Cats.

Devon Setoguchi’s second period power play goal proved to be the winner for Prince George who rallied from 1-0 and 2-1 deficits.

Cougars Kalvin Sagert tied it one after twenty minutes. Vladimir Mihalik’s second period power play goal pulled the Cougars even at two before Setoguchi put the Cats ahead to stay.
