No comment has yet been made by a Tatla Lake meat processing company after the Canadian Food Agency issued a health advisory on some products produced by the company west of Prince George.
The German Meat and Sausage Deli has been issued a health hazard for about 500 lbs of canned products that cover canned liver sausage, pickled pork, ham sausage and bratwurst produced by the company.
At present no one has fallen ill from eating the products that have been placed on the list.
The Food agency says the products may contain the bacteria responsible for botulism and move is precautionary.
