Two second period power play goals lifted the Everett Silvertips past the visiting Prince George Cougars 3-1. Scoreless after the first period, Everett and Prince George exchanged second period goals before the Silvertips beat Real Cyr twice on the power play. Kyle Klym scored his first-ever WHL goal for the Cougars who fell to 1-1 on the four game road trip. Silvertips extended their unbeaten streak to 13 games.
