Festival of Trees Starts Today
By 250 News
It has become a Christmas season tradition in Prince George, the annual Festival of Trees.
This is the 13th year of the Festival of Trees, which is a major fundraiser for the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation. The fondation raises dollars to purchase equipment or fund renovation and refurbishment at PGRH.
There will be about 30 elaborately decorated trees, which will be offered for auction Friday December 1st at the Clarica sponsored Gala Auction Night.
There are the Little Trees too! Two foot trees that are decked to the nines!
But it isn't all about trees. There are wreaths, a special gift shop, silent auction items, all in an effort to raise funds for the Foundation.
