Housing Starts Down In P.G. Last Month

Housing starts in Prince George were down last month compared to November of last year, but, year to date the numbers are still pretty good

CMHC’s stats for Prince George for November are as follows:

I sure hope that when people are considering whether or not to have a new house built, they take a good hard look at what is currently happening in the housing market in the United States.
The USA at one time did effect Canada but not this go around. Canada is in very strong shape.
