There’s a slight but noticeable swagger in the body language of the CFL league leaders these days.
Nothing wrong with a little feelin’ good about ones self, ‘cause if they’re good the good ones know they’re good while at the same time keeping reality clearly in their sights so as to avoid the certain proverbial slap upside the head as gravity re-asserts itself.

One need only to watch (as much as will be shared with the casual observer) the game within the game to come to the conclusion this collection of talented BC Lions sports figures has indeed not succumbed to that “entitlement thing”...you know...we don’t have to work for this one, we’ll win it on skill and our record. Work won’t be necessary.

One good thing about “this” meeting is that both teams have enjoyed success to date, so it’s highly unlikely that complacency will be anywhere to be seen as the Leo’s seek to solve the Ricky Ray juggernaut, and as surely as God made little green apples, the mighty Dave executes a game plan designed to, among other things, limit the number of times his team mates will be digging him out from under Eskimo dog piles in his own backfield..
