Premier Gordon Campbell is one of several top level politicians who will be in Prince George this week for the B.C. Natural Resource Forum.

The Premier will deliver the  keynote luncheon  address on Thursday.  His  presentation will be on the Pacific Gateway and the opportunities it  presents.

Also coming to town:  Federal Minister of Natural Resources, Gary Lunn.  He will  meet with UNBC students, faculty and researchers in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies on Friday  before delivering a luncheon speech  on Friday at the Natural Resource Forum.

Lunn is the Federal Minister who has the keys to the Federal mountain pine beetle funding.  The Mayor of Prince George, Colin Kinsley, is expected to attend the luncheon, but at this point there is no scheduled meeting  between the Mayor and Minister Lunn.

Other Ministers to attend the two day forum at the Civic Centre are Attorney General Wally Oppal and Bill Bennett the Provincial Minister of Mining.
