Two Forestry Fatals

Details are very sketchy, but is has been confirmed, there have been two  fatalities in the forestry  sector.

The two incidents took place over the weekend in different parts of the province.  One involved a faller in Clearwater, the other was a skidder loader in Chetwynd.

The B.C. Forest Safety Council has yet to release more information on the fatalities which are the first of 2007. 

Last year, there were a total of 12 deaths in the forestry industry
