Prince George Cougars have called up 16-year-old goalie Joel Danyluk from Yorkton Harvest Midget AAA to back up Scott Bowles for the next four games. Real Cyr did not accompany the Cats on this week’s two game road trip so he could undergo treatment on his tender knee. The Cougars visit Kamloops Tuesday and Vancouver Wednesday before returning home to host Portland Friday and Saturday night at CN Centre.

Pretty bad when you have to bring 16 year olds in to FIGHT your battles...
The cougars should just stay home and miss a few games.
I am sure without even showing up they can win about as many as they do actually playing.
If I wish to see hockey now the local outdoor rinks with kids playing after school has as much talent on the ice as the cougars.
Maybe an exhibition game between the cougars and the kids from a neighbourhood is in order.
We can ask the 8 to 14 year old kids in the neighbourhood to be gentle with them if we have to.
I would hate to see a cougar chip a nail or anything!
Maybe if they go to the special olympics they might win if they play proper hockey that is...then again maybe not, they really aren't all that good.
Maybe they can take a holiday and forget how to get back to PG!
