Is he the guy that developed the new garbage pick up system for our City? I she the guy that said it would reduce our volume of garbage and tipping fees?

Just wondering.cheers
The city should award certificates to some employees who lean on their shovels the least in one year. We need incentives. Right?
Back off you guys. I have known Tom since he was a kid, a local fella.

I guffawed when he started on a garbage truck, thinking he would end there. Nothing but a jock.

Boy was I wrong. Obviously I under estimated his work ethic.

Congratulations to Tom and men and women like him who use the system to advance to the best of the abilities.
Ya, back off. Tom's crew handles the solid waste, and you know what that means. Cemetery crew. How would you like to be planted upside down for eternity! HeeHee!

City workers may look like they do nothing, but they are watching.
Congratulations to Tom - nice to hear a good news story. Let's be proud of a local who achieved such recognition instead of spewing sarcasm and bitterness!
I also would like to congratulate Tom Kadla for being the recipient of this award. Being short listed and then selected out of the entire province is a recognition that we should be proud of.

May your example may be incentive to others to continue your career while pursuing academic training and experience.
