Jacqui Benson Strikes Gold in Quebec

Add yet another achievement for the most successful female Nordic ski racer in Prince George. Jacqui Benson of UNBC won the women’s 10 k Classic technique race in the university/college division of the Canadian Cross Country Ski Championships at Mont Ste. Anne Quebec.  Benson shared the podium with two of her teammates from the World University Games in Italy. Christine Bisson of Laval earned the silver medal; Alysson Marshall of UBC Okanagan captured the bronze medal.
