Highway Wash Outs

By now you have seen the photo of the washout on Highway 16 east of Prince George, near Slim Creek. What you see is what is left of the westbound lane 118 kms out of Prince George.
Traffic is getting through single lane alternating.

It was not the only washout on Highway 16. There is another one east of McBride. That one is 38 km east of McBride, and it too is down to one lane single alternating traffic.
There are also troubles on Highway 16 WEST.
There is a wash out 4 km west of Houston. The road is reduced to single lane alternating traffic. There is also water ponding 4 km west of Houston.
