Escape short lived for two youths

Two juveniles have been returned to the youth detention center after they walked away from the facility on Thursday night.
The pair sparked a man hunt by police who cordoned the area off.
 Two police dogs were brought into the search and the pair was apprehended as they  tried to cross the Simon Fraser Bridge.

You do have to wonder why security is so poor that they were able to hike out of there in the first place...? Give them more time.They obviously don't get it!
