Northern Health has put Visiting restrictions in place at the Stuart Nechako Manor in Vanderhoof. The restrictions were put in place as a result of a gastrointestinal illness circulating at the Manor.

Testing has confirmed that the organism, is noro –virus.

Friends and family are being asked not to visit the facility until such time as the outbreak is curbed. Northern Health says it will provide updates to family over the next few days.
