Chased,Caught and Busted On Court House Steps

Quad sits just outside the Courthouse doors where Cycle North staff were able to catch up with a man they say stole a jacket from their 3rd Avenue store The jacket is draped across the quad.

Excitement at the court house in Prince George this afternoon.

Around 4 pm. , a man came into the Court House , carrying a Honda brand Rocket Jacket , and within moments two Quads cat walked up the court house steps , and staff from Cycle North jumped off the quad and grabbed the man with the jacket.

Two quads were involved in the pursuit. The Cycle North Staff say the jacket had been stolen from their shop on 3^rd ave moments before.

They subdued the man, held him until members of the Sheriff's office were able to attend , at that time, it was determined the man had a syringe in his pocket.

He is now in custody.

Cops will probably get more excited about the quads being driven on the streets.

So was the jacket returned, or did it become evidence and was locked up by the RCMP?

Now that's kickin' it old school !

I hope the guys didn't get tickets for no insurance, no valid plates, riding on the sidewalk, jeez..the guy will get out of jail and the store staff will still be doing time !

Pretty creative people anyway.

Hopefully their insurance company will not find out about it, otherwise they might be in for a higher premium because they put themselves in danger.

Maybe WCB will also cite them for unsafe work practices.

The guy that ripped off the coat will be set free, no money there. Quad riders or the Honda business will be charged for no insurance and all other kinds of related charges. Good bucks for the cops. Lets hope things turn out as they should, charge the thief.

Funny legal system we have. Everyone just knows for sure the good guys are going to get in trouble over this. We have all seen it happen before. The boys from Honda North are going to get a stern warning to leave the courts thieves alone!
