Prince George –Peace River MP Jay Hill says he wishes Betty Bekkering well in her quest to unseat him in the next federal election.

Hill says this is the good thing about democracy any opponent is free to put their name forward .

Bekkering was nominated by acclamation to represent the riding for the NDP at a meeting held in Prince George last weekend.

Hill expects a federal election sooner rather than later "I don’ think we will make it to the full term of parliament . I would be surprised if we do."

Hill spoke on Tuesday night in the House of Commons in regard to the Gun registry. "I wanted to dispel all of the myths that are out there on the issue, like we don’t believe in a gun registry. Of course we do, we just don’t believe in the registration of long guns, like shot guns and rifles. "

She will get my vote...
you loose Hill.....
Neo-cons days are numbered. The pendulum has started to swing back to the middle. Good-bye Harper, hello more left minded thinking. Finally a chance to get Canada back to what it thinks it is and that is a caring compassionate society instead of greed mongering individualists. Go Betty GO!!

May your wish be fulfilled - may the unseating effort succeed.

Wishes are one thing, votes are another. The real question is: "will he vote for her."

;-)
I doubt he know how to vote...
but we definitely got to get HArper out of the there so he will stop having out troops murdered so he can look good in "BUSH's" eyes...
