Bonkemeyer No Longer With Canfor

Canfor has said goodbye to another of its Executives.

Patrick (Patch) Bonkemeyer, Canfor’s Senior Vice President Operations, is no longer with the company.

The official release from Canfor says Bonkemeyer has left to “pursue other opportunities.”

Bonkemeyer had been with Canfor for just shy of a year. Previously he had been the general manager of engineered wood products with Louisiana Pacific, and has more than 25 years experience in solid wood, pulp and paper operations, sales and marketing. He joined Canfor August 1st of 2006.

In his role with Canfor, he had overall responsibility for the wood products manufacturing operations.

Canfor has not named a replacement.
