While the temperature outside soars, prepare for some news that's sure to make your internal thermometer heat up as well...
After almost one month of paying $1.149 per litre for regular gasoline, the price at the pumps has jumped five cents to $1.199.
According to the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives' Gas Gouge Meter, we're paying 21.8-cents per litre above the normalized price of gasoline.
If there is any comfort to be taken, it's that today's price is still not as high as the $1.279 we were paying just before the May long weekend.
