"herbster" sent along these photos taken  at 10:25,  just  a few minutes after the initial crash.  Notice the greenery on the riverbank  is  still intact!                                                                                        

Then as  what CN calls "product" started leaking , the fire spreads to the  river’s edge:, this photo was taken at 10:33, and the  fuel is on fire in the water.
