More Residential Lots Approved

The City of Prince George has approved another rezoning application that will add another 14 residential lots to the market.

The rezoning is for phase 5 of the Vista Ridge plan in College Heights.  While  the rezone clears the way for the development of residential lots that will be no less than 15 metres wide, it also  sets aside a greenbelt.
