Fatality in Moffat Lake Area

Quesnel RCMP are  reporting they  have  found the body of a man  reported missing Friday.  Police say they got a call Friday  evening about a man who  had gone missing   on a logging road in the Moffat Lake area.

Quesnel RCMP called out the Search and Rescue Volunteers from Quesnel, and Williams Lake, the Prince George RCMP Dog Unit, and the RCMP Helicopter from Kamloops to search the area.

Yesterday afternoon, they  man’s body was discovered.  Foul play is not suspected.

The man’s name is being withheld until  his family has been notified.  

The investigation continues.
