Vehicle Crashes Throughout Area

Four   separate crashes in and around Prince George last night left several people with minor injuries.

There was a minor collision between a cyclist and a vehicle at 15th and Highway 97.  Police say the cyclist had tried to dart across 15th against the light and his bike was hit in the rear tire.  The rider, a 12 year old, sustained only a scraped elbow.

  A logging truck rolled on Highway 97 at 15 mile road.  Seems the driver had tried to turn the truck around, but one of the wheels went into the ditch and the whole truck flipped and dumped the load of logs.  The driver sustained minor injuries.

There was a two vehicle crash at Ospika and Andres Road.  A truck and car collided.  Two passengers sent to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

And there was a two vehicle crash at Highway 16 and Boeing road.   One vehicle was making a left hand turn and failed to yield the right of way to the second vehicle.  Both drivers, and a passenger were taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
