This idiot was driving with these youth in the middle of the night. What was his relationship to them? Who's car was it? Did he have a license? Did the RCMP do a blood test at the seen to determine if alcohol or other substances were a factor?

He caused their death. He should be charged with vehicular manslaughter at the very least. Why didn't he tell authorities about the two who were ejected from the vehicle? That must be a chargeable offence in itself!

There should be a civil action to ensure that he is garnisheed for as much of the costs associated to the deaths as possible, including funerals, RCMP time and resources, and the court costs. The civil cost to him should be a life time reminder of his choices to end these youth's lives and then to denegrate them by not telling authories that they were ejected from the car.
