CNC Volleyball/UNBC Basketball

    The CNC volleyball teams played thier first home games of the season. The women lost in 3 straight games to Douglas College. Scores were  25-19, 25-20, 25-13. The Kodiaks are now 0-5. The CNC men's team won thier first match at home sweeping Douglas. Scores were  25-20, 25-21, 25-22. The men improve to 3-2. Both teams will host Capilano College this evening. Women at 6:00 and the Men at 7:45.

The UNBC basketball teams hit the road for the first time. The UNBC ladies continue to roll along. They won thier 4th consecutive game to start the season getting by Douglas College 63-52. The UNBC men had a tougher time as they met the number one team in the country. The men hung in there only trailing by three in the third quarter, but the Royals were just to tough as they won 77-56. The men are now 2-2. Tonight both teams move over to Capilano College.
