Crash Reduces Highway to One Lane

Highway 97 near North Fraser Road, is  down to one lane alternating traffic after a serious accident.

RCMP say   a pick up truck and logging truck collided  just before three this afternoon.  At least one person was treated at the scene .  The extent of their injuries  has not been released.

As a result of the collision, the highway is down to one lane until the debris can be moved off the roadway.

The cause of the  crash is not  yet known and the investigation continues.
