Canada has defeated the Czech Republic 3- 0 in its opening game of the world junior championships to go 19 straight games without a defeat.
Jonathan Bernier earned the shut out. The 19 year old from Laval Quebec showed a flawless performance in net earning a shut out in his first appearance.
