Prince George, B.C. – The Nechako River has spilled over its banks again, causing flooding along McAloney Road, in the parking lot of Pacific Western Brewing, and in the River Road area.

Once again, the pumps at River Road are working full time to pump out the water that has come over the bank at TDB Consultants  and Winton Global.

Meantime, water levels are rising at Delhaven, although evacuation  orders have NOT been delivered to the residents of that complex.

Gabion diking is going to be put in place along  some  lots on the south side of Morning Place, and sandbags have been  delivered to a home  on North Nechako Road which is  below the 200 year old old flood plain.

The ice jam  had grown to 9.5 kilometers, but  this evening it shifted,  and areas which had been dry earlier today ( River Road, and McAloney Road) are now under water again.
