Premier Gordon Campbell will arrive in Prince George early this evening to discuss the plan that's being touted as a strategy to "increase opportunities for rural communities" and "spur investment and innovation."

Campbell will be joined by Prince George-North MLA and Agriculture Minister Pat Bell, Forests Minister Rich Coleman, and Mines Minister Richard Neufeld for a news conference at the Coast Inn of the North.
