House Fire On LaSalle

Prince George, B.C. - A morning fire at a vacant home  on  the corner of LaSalle and Queensway in Prince George  has caused considerable damage to the structure.

Police say they  received calls about a female fleeing the residence. The woman  has since been located and  has been inteviewed by Police. She  stated she had been sleeping in the flop house when she awoke to the smell of smoke.  She was not injured.

The cause of the fire  is not  yet known and  is still under investigation.
