Blizzard Makes Driving Dangerous

Prince George, B.C. - Pockets of snow fall along with high winds are hitting many areas of central and northern part of the province today.

To the north at Ft St John, temperatures are at -36c with blizzard conditions and wind chill, while to the north in Ft Nelson the winds have died down and it is partly clear at -34 degrees
In this region, the blizzard conditions are contusing as people are warned to stay off the roads under these conditions.

Terrace has a snow fall warning, Prince Rupert is facing a snow fall warning along with high winds, at Vanderhoof Environment Canada is warning of blizzard conditions. East to the border of Alberta in McBride there is a snow fall warning.

In Alberta, at Grande Prairie, it’s partly cloudy and -36, in Edmonton -29 and clear in Calgary -26 with a few clouds at 11 am.
In Prince George at 11 it was -23 and snowing.
