Prince George -   Police continue to investigate an armed robbery at the Alfredo’s Pub Liquor store on 15th ave.

Police say that a lone male wearing a ski mask, dark hoodie and dark pants entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. He was brandishing an automatic hand gun.

The clerk gave the robber an undisclosed amount of money and he fled the scene.

Police set up a circle around the crime scene and a dog track ended in the Hill and Law St area.

The cops should just go and wait for this creep at one of the local crack shacks.
metalman.
But metalman, That would involve work, investigations, warrents and common sense. If Timmies was robbed the guy would be caught already and on death row. Cheers!
It's a win win fer the perp. If he gets away he can consider it easy pickin's. Or if he gets caught they will rush him down to the cells and if he is really lucky he won't be released after visiting a bleeding heart judge. Thus having three hots and a cot for a while. Have you seen the weather outside? Warm and dry are the key words here. And ya get to snooze worry free for a while. Maybe a holiday from drugs, too. If he is let out he can hop a bus to Edmonton and do it again. As long as he steals enough fer bus fair he can pull this kind of stunt off in every province. And he probably knows the system can't afford to bring him back here for trial. And if it does, why he can get his picture in the paper. That is how often it happens, too. Ain't justice grand?
After all the *cross my heart* promises made by the politicians at election time the justice system and the application of justice are just as broken as they used to be.

Cheers!
Pretty foolish words northman. Police work very hard to catch those doing the armed robberies. If you think that just because they haven't caught the person yet they aren't still working on the case, you are mistaken. (and its warrants, not warrents ;) ]
Yeah i feel shame for writing that! Should have thought about it. Sory if i upset anyone.
kudos northman! nice to see people acknowledging and taking responsibility for inappropriate postings.
Are you going to take that sitting down northman? Some people are just too serious and can't take a little sarcasim. Gee hope I spelt that right.
I'm still trying to figure out why they were following dog tracks if it was a man that robbed the store ???
