All they need to do is checkout everyother house down on Oak st. There is a father and son operation down there.
i have to say, good job to the RCMP for nailing these drug dealers. I have people close to me involved in drugs and they have not been able to find any because the RCMP shut down their sellers. If they cant get it, they cant use it. Keep up the good work, you are saving lives!!!
Also a good job for cleaning up those neighborhoods for the other people that live in the area.
Did the cops get the tape from the camera? Just wunderin'.
Davie is actually a street in Lakewood subdivision connecting with Eaglecrest in Foothills. The main street for elementry students going from Lakewood subdivision to school at Foothills. Its considered the cleanest neighbourhood in town, so I guess crack shacks can be found anywhere inthis town?
I live at the opposite end of Davie from where this took place and am shocked and upset that there has been ANOTHER drug bust on our street!I believe it was just a few months back when they busted a grow-op in the same general area. Was it the same house? If so get rid of them for good!I want a safe neighborhood for my kids!If that's even possible in this town anymore!!I also think they should let the other's who live on the street know exactly which house it is and who the peoople are. That way if we see anything suspicious we can deal with it right away! Boy if we weren't thinking about leaving the city before, b/c of many other fine "issues" in PG, we sure are now!
When did Lakewood start being considered the "cleanest" neighbourhood in town, when it was new? In my opinion, the past 5 years or so have seen a major downturn in quality of residents and traffic in the area. I never leave anything in my car and have had 2 break ins, and my sister down the road had all of the windows in her car smashed. ICBC said there were many cars in the neighbourhood that night that had the same problem.

Everyone knows this 'war' society has wages on drugs wastes its time picking off the odd crack shack at the bottom of the hierarchy. It's just a drop in the bucket of what's actually on our streets. Shouldn't we be looking at who's supplying these low level dealers instead of wasting resources and money "busting" them, only to let them back on the streets to continue doing their thing?
