The Cougars do not have a lot to play for this weekend as they wrap up the season. On Saturday night in Kelowna it was a big night for captain Greg Gardner. The 20 year old became the longest standing member of the Prince George Cougars. Gardner played in his 337th game surpassing Chris Falloon for games played as a Prince George Cougar. Gardner scored his 23rd goal of the season against the Rockets, but it was in a losing cause as the Prince George fell 6-2. Gardner will play his last game as a Cougar on Sunday when the Cats season comes to an end in Kamloops.
