MMMMM....we are having RABBIT with a red wine and mushroom gravy,roasted Rosemary potatoes, and fresh baked biscuits...I LOVE the Easter Bunny!

Is it still politically correct to even SAY Happy Easter anymore?
Or is it in the same boat as saying Merry Christmas?
